Cereal
We farm organic wheat, legumes, oilseeds and herbs on 2,400 hectares of land. The farms go over and above what organic standards require – we use biodynamic farming principles, practice multi-year crop rotation, fertilise with our own compost, and use innovative tillage techniques.
We work under both short-term and long-term contracts.
